Dropped Syndicate Club By-Laws

Dropped Syndicate, as most other clubs and organizations, adhere to set of By-Laws that govern each member and chapter of the club. This set of By-Laws is set forth for the entire club as a whole. However, each chapter President can modify them as needed for his or her particular chapter provided the founder approves.
